Dairy and Milk Products

Not only the products that are made by using cow’s and buffalo’s milk referred as Dairy products but also the products by using goat, sheep and other mammals are also referred as dairy products. These Dairy products come in different forms and in different tastes. People use these milk and dairy products for many purposes while cooking and sometimes taken as it is. Due to much tastier, it has become essential to make some food products. Ghee is a best example and it describes that need of dairy products in the food items. Not only Ghee but also the other dairy products make the food item tastier to eat. Milk and dairy products contain full of proteins, fat, vitamins and carbohydrates that keep our body health fit and tight and so become essential substances.
There are so many different processes done on milk to convert into dairy products such as ghee, butter, butter milk, curd, cheese, milk powder, yogurt, casein, skimmed milk and so on. All products need different processes to convert and give different tastes. Also the protein and fat contamination level will vary because of the different processes. Due to too much of importance for dairy and milk products, there is a deep impact caused in the agro and food products industry. There are so many businesses depend upon these products. Those who are involved in these businesses can found that these products are costly one and at the same time almost all people using one of the products and so surely it will give profit to the people who involved in this business.
